Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Financial Policies & Insurance
In order to contain the escalating costs of dental care, we request payment at the time of service. If additional treatment is indicated, we will explain fees and discuss payment options.

If you have dental insurance, the extent of your benefits is determined by the contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We will assist you by providing the necessary information for you to file your claims. However, payment is requested at the time of service. As a convenience to our patients, payment can be made via Cash, Check or Charge.

Additionally, we also offer Care Credit and Capital One Financing, Dental finance companies that allows patients to budget for their treatment.

We currently are a participating provider with the Delta Dental PPO insurance plan.

Our financial coordinator will be happy to answer any questions you may have about insurance, billing and payment.
