The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience.

Jason A. Cohen, D.D.S.

Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Dr. Jason A. Cohen received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. After graduating the University of Maryland Dental School as a member of Gamma Pi Delta, the Prosthodontic Honors Society, Dr. Cohen completed an Externship and General Practice Residency at the Baltimore Veteran’s Administration Hospital. Since then, Dr. Cohen has been in private practice in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area providing General, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Cohen is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Maryland State Dental Association, the D.C. Dental Society and the Southern Maryland Dental Society. Dr. Cohen also devotes significant time to continuing education through select clubs including the Dental Science Study Club of Washington, Maimonides Study Club and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.

 

Michael Clayman, D.D.S.

Dr. Michael Clayman received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Bethany College. After graduating from the University of Maryland Dental School, he joined his father’s and uncle’s family practice in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Dr. Clayman has maintained the tradition of technical and behavioral excellence through ongoing study and devotion to the profession. He has attained the status of Fellow, at the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Clayman belongs to the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Implant Society of Northern Virginia, the International Dental Health Foundation, the Maryland State Dental Association and the Southern Maryland Dental Society.

Dr. Clayman has been married to his wife Elaine for 28 years and has two daughters.

 

Winnie McKenna, RDH, BS

A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Winnie was born and raised in Montgomery County.  She graduated from the Community College of Baltimore Dental Hygiene program in 1972 and received a B.S. degree in Health Education from the University of Maryland.

She has practiced dental hygiene for over 35 years in the D.C. Metro area and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Dental Hygiene Honor Society.  Also a certified dental assistant, Winnie maintains her professional license through continuing education courses.

Winnie lives in Crofton, MD and has been married to her husband John for 25 years. They have 2 children.
