Our office operates on a fee-for-service basis, meaning payment is due at the time services are provided. If you have a PPO insurance plan, we are happy to assist in submitting claims on your behalf. Any reimbursement will likely be sent directly to the policyholder. Please note that we do not accept goverment-funded insurance plans, such as Medicaid.
